He has over 17 years of experience in career services, having held leadership positions at Union College, Harvard, St. Lawrence, Boston, and Siena College. His doctoral dissertation in education was recently passed at Nova Southeastern University.

Ed Hallenbeck is a Career and Human Resource Consultant. He has extensive experience in the careercounseling/coaching and human resource fields. Ed is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Community Psychology with The Sage Colleges in Albany.

Penny Loretto is the Assistant Director of Career Services at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs. She also has her own counseling business, Career Choice, with offices in Saratoga Springs and Queensbury. Penny worked for a number of years in the human resource field, and has over 20 years of experience in critiquing resumes. She holds a Masters Degree in College Student Personnel from The College of Saint Rose in Albany.

Cathleen Smith is a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Banking Officer with First Niagara Bank, specializing in human resource consulting services throughout the Eastern New York region. She has 17 years of experience in all aspects of human resources.

Amy McGrath has worked for General Electric since 2001 and is currently the HR Manager for the GE Energy Schenectady Plant. Prior to her current role with GE Energy she was the UR Specialist at the GE Silicones Plant in Waterford, NY. She has also held HR Manager and HR Generalist roles at the GE Global Research Center in Niskayuna, NY. She has more than 10 years experience in Human Resources and holds a Bachelors in Accounting from The State University of NY at Plattsburgh, as well as PHR Certification. Elizabeth Miller, PHR, is the Executive Director of the Women’s Employment and Resource Center (WERC) in Albany. She has assisted hundreds of women each year with career readiness training, including resume and cover letter writing, interviewing skills, computer literacy training, and other related services. Beth has over 20 years of human resource, management and training, and development experience. She holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree.

Annette Parisi has spent several years in the business world in a variety of capacities, including project management and supervisory roles. She earned her BA from the University at Albany and her MS in Education in College Counseling from The College of St. Rose. Annette is presently responsible for coordinating the employer recruiting program at the Siena College Career Center.

Chris Patrie is the Director of Human Resources for Janitronics Facility Services, Inc. in Albany. Janitronics also has offices in Burlington, Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo, Glens Falls, Saranac Lake, and Fishkill. Chris has human resource experience in the areas of recruiting, labor relations, organizational development, and training program design and delivery.

Patricia Roberts is a Career Specialist with The Sage College of Albany. She has been advising college students in many different capacities for nine years. Pat holds a Bachelors Degree in Individual Studies, with a tracking in English and Psychology, from The Sage Colleges.

Andrea Thomas, SPHR, is a human resource leader with over 20 years of expertise in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and performance management, benefits administration, organizational development, strategic planning and career planning/coaching. She has worked primarily in the financial and healthcare industries, in both the profit and non-profit sectors.

Christine Oughton is the Marketing Manager for Northeast Career Planning in Albany. She has worked there for 10 years, and has provided services in the areas of vocational planning, resume development, and employer relations. Christine holds a Bachelors Degree in Human and Community Services.
