“It’s something our customers look forward to every year,” owner Elizabeth Macy said. “It is a good time to get a new photo of your children.”

Macy said the entry fee is $19.95 and includes a half hour studio session, proofs and 8x10 entry photo (portrait is yours to keep after the contest).

The deadline is Feb. 28, and Macy said the public is invited to vote for the cutest baby from March 4 to 22.

“It is a fun promotion that gets the community involved,” she said. 

Winners will be announced in three age categories: newborn to 11 months,  1-2 years and 3-5 years.

Macy said more than $1,000 in prizes will be awarded.

“We have many of great prizes this year from downtown businesses,” Macy said.

Grand prize winner will receive a Fuji Digital Camera, $75 gift certificate from Brindisi's Restaurant, family portrait session & 16x20 canvas and  two passes to the Children's Museum- ($500 value)

First and second place winners in each age category will receive: A $25 gift certificate from: Children's Shoe Depot, Circus Cafe, Doc's Steakhouse, G. Willikers, Impressions or Scissors of Oz and a family portrait session and portraits and two passes to the Children's Museum.

The photos are displayed in the gallery of Image until the contest is over.

Macy said after that the customers get the original photo back.
