Schuyler Tymula This is why I like Saratoga Springs.
One reason I like Saratoga Springs is because you can go to the Victorian Street Walk. It is fun because you get to shop very late at night. Another reason is there is a race track downtown. I like seeing the horses at the race track. Saratoga Springs has Congress park and I like when we throw coins in the Spit and Spat pond and we get to ride on the carousel. The last reason is there are a lot of ice cream stores downtown. I love Ben and Jerry’s ice cream. As you can see, there are a lot of things to do in Saratoga Springs. Jake Hedges I love Saratoga Springs for many reasons, here are some of them. First of all I love the restaurants. I have been to many of them and the food is fabulous. My favorite restaurants are the Mexican Connection and Wheatfields. Another thing I love about Saratoga is the horse racing track. My family will go there several times during the summer. When we go to the track we sometimes go with our friends and bring our coolers. When the race starts we go to the rail and watch the horses run. In between races we have a picnic and my dad places bets on the horses we think will win. Another thing I love about Saratoga is the Spa State park. I like to go mountain biking and ice skating there. There are many enjoyable biking trails that go through the park. In the winter there is a terrific outdoor ice skating rink that anyone can use. The last thing I love about Saratoga is that on a rainy day you can have fun by going to the movie theater in Wilton Mall or going to Hi Roc Lanes Bowling Alley. As you can see, Saratoga is a great place and that is why I love living here. Ben Osbourn I’ve been to many places but Saratoga I love the best! The things I mostly love about Saratoga is the horse racing. What I like about it is I love to vote what horse will win. One time I guessed and won $1.00. The other thing I like about Saratoga is SPAC. We’ve been only once and I liked it so much. I wanted to go there again and see Fall Out Boy on May 30, 2007. The last thing I like about Saratoga is the Stadium Cafe. I love their chicken wings and smiley fries. I really like the TVs and the smell. So, as you can see, Saratoga is a great place to live. |
