Panacea, which is Greek for “cure all,” is located on Broad Street, the main street in Schuylerville, New York. Schuylerville is a quiet but up-and-coming town located 17 miles east of Saratoga Springs and 14 miles west of Cambridge.

Panacea’s proprietor is Antoinette Bannon, formerly of S-hair-atoga Elegance in Saratoga Springs. Ms. Bannon bought the salon three years ago. July 1 marked Panacea’s third anniversary.

Belicia Van Vorst is Panacea’s licensed make-up artist and esthetician. She has advanced medical esthetics training which includes chemical peels and microdermabrasion. From July 11 through July 18, you can get a free eye wax with any facial and if you rebook the same day, you get $10 off your next facial.

Kathy Lacy is Panacea’s cosmetologist. Panacea’s skin care products are by Circadia and  Phytoceane, a perfect blend of science and nature which is a marine based seawater that contains all essential trace minerals to provide skin hydration and to protect the skin from environmental aggressors.
