In 2009, Bellini’s at High Rock, an upscale American grill will open as part of the joint hotel and condominium complex.

Bellini’s at High Rock will mark the fifth Bellini’s restaurant, owned and operated by the Marrello Management Group, including a pair of Bellini’s Italian Eateries in Clifton Park, Slingerlands, Victor, and South Windsor, Conn.

The restaurant will feature classic continental fare in an upscale setting, serving roasted meats and seafood, as well as classic Italian dishes, Joe Marrello, principal at Marrello Management Group said. Marrello Management Group will be managing the restaurant and is about to head into its 50th year.

“We are very excited to be a part of the 38 High Rock project,” he added. “As our company celebrates its golden anniversary next year, we are pleased to be opening another concept in such a great city like Saratoga. From the moment we started our discussions with Mike Hoffman, Frank Parillo and Matt Bette (principal of Bette & Cring, developers for the condominiums at 38 High Rock) from 38 High Rock, we knew this was the right location for us,” Marrello said.

Bellini’s at High Rock will cover less than one half of the 15,000 square feet of rental space that will take up the first floor of the six-story project. It will have a classic dining room, a conference room and bar complete with its own menu. The restaurant will be accessible by the hotel and condominiums alike. The complex will feature 44 luxury condominium units ranging in price from $400,000 to $1.5 million. Units are available for sale by contacting the Scott Varley Group, a member of Realty USA and the exclusive real estate agent for the property. Hampton Inn & Suites will have 123 rooms and the two entities will be directly connected. Residents of the condominiums will have complete access to all of the hotel amenities including room service, housekeeping, use of the gym and pool.

This is the area’s first joint hotel and condominium complex and is located one block off Broadway.

The project is the result of an innovative partnership between Bette & Cring and Turf Hotels.

The hotel will be ready to house visitors in time for track season while Bellini’s is scheduled to open in spring 2009, Marrello and Hoffman said.
