Nickolas James Kinney
Ballston Spa Nickolas James Kinney, 14 Of Ballston Spa, passed away Sunday, June 15, at Glens Falls Hospital. Born in Saratoga Springs, January 7, 1994, he was the son of Paul J. Kinney and Kimberly M. Clark. Nickolas was an 8th grade student at Ballston Spa Middle School. Nickolas had an avid love for music which he expressed not only through his songwriting, but also with his artistic ability. Nickolas thrived on playing his guitar and performing for his family and friends. He was in the process of forming a band with one of his best friends. He enjoyed fishing with his dad and hanging out with his many friends. He was predeceased by his great great grandmother Gertrude Graves; grandfather Buddy D. Clark and uncle Gerald M. Monroe. Nickolas is survived by his mother Kimberly M. Clark of Ballston Spa; father and stepmother Paul J. Kinney and Stacey Anders of Galway; brothers Logan A. and Kyle M. Coon of Ballston Spa; stepbrothers Brannon and Quintin Anders of Galway; grandmothers Beverly Clark of Ballston Spa; Faye Gill of Malta and Patti Preston of Malta; grandfathers Nick Seymour of Malta and William Kinney of Ballston Spa; great grandmothers Ellen Bunyan of Saratoga Springs and Shirley Graves of Lansing; aunts and uncles Kelly Jo Monroe of Wilton; Timothy and Melinda Kinney of Broadalbin, William Kinney, Jr of Galway and Hannah Kinney of Ballston Spa; cousins Sierra, Christopher, Dylan, Cody, Patrick and Joshua and many great aunts, great uncles and close friends. Funeral services will be held 4pm Friday, June 20, at Armer Funeral Home, Inc 39 East High Street, Ballston Spa. Burial will follow in Sweetman Cemetery, Charlton. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. |
